One of the most exciting aspects of healthcare improvement these days is how it has spread to become a truly global movement. This year’s Middle East Forum on Quality Improvement in Healthcare is an essential opportunity for people from all over the Middle East region to come together, share their wisdom and experiences, and learn about the innovations and new thinking that are transforming care delivery.

For those of you who have never attended a similar Forum, you’ll learn from internationally renowned leaders on the basics of improvement; creating cultures of safety and innovation; the critical importance of measurement; and how to sustain positive change.

As excited as I am about the content of the Forum, I’m equally thrilled to collaborate with our dedicated and talented colleagues at Hamad Medical Corporation.
