The Tender Committee Secretariat (TCS) is entrusted with the procurement and contract of all materials and services through the issuing of tenders. Recently, tenders of pharmaceuticals for both HMC and the Ministry of Public Health havebeen added to the TCS function. There are numerous activities from the time purchase requests are received, to the announcement of tenders in newspapers, and the preparation of purchase orders. The central role of the TCS is the procurement of the right materials and services, from the right source, at the right price, for delivery at the right time.
