Home Health Care Manager - PHCC
Dr. Ashraf Helmy is the Manager of Home Health Care Services at the Primary Health Care Corporation (PHCC) since 2014. He earned his MB BCh from Al Azhar University in 1981, followed by a Master’s in Cardiovascular Medicine in 1988. With over 20 years at HMC’s Cardiology Department, he transitioned to Home Care Services in 2011, contributing to JCI Accreditation and the integration of PHCC and HMC home care services. A leader in patient-centered care and quality initiatives, Dr. Helmy has received multiple recognitions, including PHCC’s Star of the Year award (2018, 2020) and the Excellence in Patient-Centered Care Award.
