Judy L. Dawson-Jones is the Chief Nursing Officer at Sidra Medicine, where she began as Executive Director of Pediatric Nursing in November 2017. With over 30 years of leadership and clinical experience in both outpatient and inpatient settings at major U.S. pediatric hospitals, she also has expertise in women's health and adult medical surgery. A seasoned leader, Ms. Dawson-Jones is known for uniting multidisciplinary teams to achieve excellence in patient care through best practices and staff engagement in evidence-based practice. She holds a BSN from Hampton University and an MPH from George Washington University and has served on the American Academy of Ambulatory Care Nursing Board.
