Ms. Nadya Al-Rauili
Executive Director of Nursing/Midwifery - HMC
Ms. Nadya, a certified fellow in Person-Centered Care (PCC), recently received the Spirit Award for her contributions to PCC at HMC. Recognized as the Executive Champion by Planetree for two departments with Gold Standard PCC Certification, she became the first Qatari Case Manager for in-patient and community patients. With a strong background in community healthcare, she helped establish HHCS and achieve the region's first JCI accreditation. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she served as the Community Nursing Lead for COVID-19 facilities.
Ms. Nadya holds a master’s degree in policy administration, completed a Leadership Program from Qatari Leadership Centre, and obtained diplomas in Business, HR Management, and Public Relations from Cambridge College in the UK.
