Pr. Jean M. Brilhault is an esteemed and highly experienced orthopedic surgeon who specializes in foot and ankle conditions. He is one of France’s leading experts in ankle replacements. He is the former head of the orthopedic department of Tours University Hospital. He currently practices privately at the Angers-based Clinique Saint Léonard. Dr Marcelo Bordalo
Dr Marcelo Bordalo is a musculoskeletal and interventional radiologist who completed his medical school, radiology residency, and musculoskeletal fellowship training at University of Sao Paulo Medical School, where he served as Director of Radiology at the Orthopedic Institute, Director of Musculoskeletal Radiology at the Institute of Radiology.
He also did a musculoskeletal radiology research fellowship at Universite Catholique de Louvain in Brussels, Belgium, and at Hospital for Joint Diseases in New York, USA. Currently, he is Chief of the Radiology Department at Aspetar Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Hospital in Doha, Qatar. Dr. Bruno Olory
Dr. Bruno Olory is a French Orthopedic Surgeon. For over 15 years, he has cared for professional athletes and high-level sports athletes with lower limb pathologies in France.
He qualified in foot and ankle surgery in 2003 and has furthered his training in Spain to practice foot percutaneous surgery. He is also a member of the French Society of Foot and Ankle Surgery (AFCP), Member of the European Foot and Ankle Society (EFAS), Member of the French Society of Orthopedic and Traumatology Surgery (SOFCOT), member of the French Society of Arthroscopy (SFA), member of European Society of Sports Traumatology, Knee Surgery and Arthroscopy (ESSKA), and member of International Society of Arthroscopy Knee Surgery and Orthopedic Sport Medicine (ISAKOS).

Dr. Johnny Lau
Dr. Johnny Lau completed his medical school and Orthopedic Surgery training at the University of Toronto and completed a fellowship in Foot and Ankle Reconstructive Surgery in Baltimore, MD with Dr.’s Myerson and Schon. Upon the completion of his fellowship, he returned to the University of Toronto as an Assistant Professor of Surgery based at University Health Network – Toronto Western Division. He has participated in training medical students, residents, and 45 national and international fellows. He is Program Director of the University of Toronto Foot and Ankle Fellowship program, Divisional Fellowship Director for all University of Toronto Orthopedic Fellowships, and the co-chair of the University of Toronto Biennual Foot and Ankle Symposium in Toronto.
He has been past president of the Canadian Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society, Chair of the Ankle Arthritis Guideline Workgroup by the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgery Evidence Based Practice Committee, and Committee Chair for the Physician Resource Committee for the American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society. He is also active in the Canadian Orthopedic Association, American Academy of Orthopedic Society, and American Orthopedic Association.
He has received nine (9) peer reviewed research grants; published 26 peer reviewed articles, and 10 book chapters; and has presented more than 100 presentations at national and international meetings. In 2007, he was a co-author of the best clinical paper awarded the Roger A. Mann Research Award at the American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society. He has designed and patented a total ankle replacement with Zimmer, and his research interest includes ankle arthritis, clinical outcomes, and clinical trials.
He is the Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Consultant for the Toronto Argonauts Football Club, Toronto Football Club, Toronto Blue Jays, Toronto Raptors, Toronto Maple Leafs, National Hockey League Player’s Association, and the David L. Sunil Dhar is Consultant Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Surgeon at the Nottingham University Hospitals Trust since 1997.
