Call for Abstract Submissions
We are excited to announce the call for abstract submissions for our upcoming event. We invite researchers, practitioners, and healthcare professionals to submit abstracts for poster presentations at our upcoming event on 6 and 7 September. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your work, share insights, and contribute to advancing cancer care in Qatar.
Abstract Format: Please adhere to the following guidelines when preparing your abstract:

Title
|
- Limit to 20 words, clearly reflecting the content.
|

Author Information
|
- Include the presenting author's full name, organization, and email.
- List authors in Times New Roman, 12pt font size, left-aligned format.
- The presenting author should be listed first.

Abstract Content
|
- Compose one or, at most, two paragraphs summarizing critical points in a
maximum of 300 words
- The abstract should reflect the purpose/objective, methodology, results, and conclusions of the study separately
- Write in English using accurate grammar.
- Do not include Abbreviations and acronyms unless essential, and if used, you should write out in full for clarification.
- Avoid using trade names and symbols.

Submission Guidelines
- Submit your abstract via e-mail to: Cancerinstitute@hamad.qa by Thursday, 11 July 2024.
- Ensure adherence to the provided abstract format and guidelines. (See above and guideline attached).
- Include keywords highlighting the field covered by your abstract.
Important Dates
- Abstract Submission Deadline: Thursday, 11 July 2024
- Notification of Acceptance: Thursday, 25 July 2024
- Event Date: 6 and 7 September 2024
