Refund/Cancellation Policy for Courses
All cancellation requests must be received in writing no less than 10 days before the start date of the course to obtain a refund. A processing fee of (approximately QR365) will be deducted from all refunds.
Individuals who fail to attend the course (no-shows) will not be entitled to any refund.
