Nadya Al Rauili
Nadya is the Executive Director at Home Health Care Services (HHCS) and Private Nursing Services (PNS), Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC). She is a certified fellow in Person-Centered Care (PCC) and was recognized by Planetree as the Executive Champion for both HHCS and PNS, after achieving Planetree's Gold Standard for PCC Certification.
She held a significant role in establishing the structure of HHCS and in achieving JCI accreditation and reaccreditation, which is the first in the Middle East. She was appointed as Community Nursing Lead for COVID-19 facilities since the COVID-19 started. Nadya holds master's degree in Public/Policy Administration and has completed the Leadership Program from the Qatari Leadership Center.
