Dr. Nada Adli Abuhashem

Dr. Nada is a Community Medicine Resident at Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) since 2020. She graduated from the National University in Sudan with a bachelor's degree in Medicine and Surgery. Dr. Nada has worked in several COVID-19 facilities and experienced the case investigation and contact tracing at the Ministry of Public Health (MoPH). When she was at the Primary Health Care Corporation (PHCC), she wrote policies and guidelines and conducted audits and quality improvement projects. She also had previous experiences in biostatistics, data analysis, journal reviews, and health education sessions in various healthcare settings.

  • Graduated from the National University in Sudan with a bachelor’s in medicine and surgery (MBBS).
  • She Had clinical experience for two years before starting residency in 2020. 
  • Since starting residency, she worked in different COVID-19 facilities and had experience with case investigation and contact tracing in MOPH during the pandemic.
  • Also, she has experience writing policies and Guidelines and writing and conducting Audits and Quality improvement projects.
  • She has experience in biostatistics and data analysis and a certificate in lifestyle medicine. She Gave many health education sessions in various healthcare settings. Dr. Nada is also a reviewer in well-respected peer-reviewed journals like Elsevier and other international journals. 
  • Her research interests are multidisciplinary and public health oriented. She has been a principal investigator and co-investigator in many research projects and has many publications on public health, NCDs, and CDCs.
