Mr. Samir Naimi is a speech therapy specialist
In 2008, Samir earned his degree in speech therapy, laying the foundation for his career in helping individuals overcome communication and swallowing challenges. He pursue a master’s degree in neuropsychology in 2011, deepening his understanding of the complex relationship between the brain and speech.
Since 2015, Samir has been a speech therapist specialist at HMC (Hamad Medical Corporation), where he has made significant contributions to patient care. His work within HMC spans various specialized units, including the stroke ward, internal medicine, and long-term and geriatric units. In these diverse settings, he has focused on speech language, voice therapy, and swallowing function therapy.
Beyond his direct patient care responsibilities, Samir also conducts training for nurses, sharing his knowledge on essential topics such as dysphagia screening, speech valve management.
His commitment to educating healthcare professionals ensures that patients receive the highest quality care, even beyond his own direct interventions.
