Dr Dawson graduated from University College Cork in 2005 and pursued a career in Medicine and Nephrology before completing General Practice Training Scheme in 2015.
From 2015 - 2020 She was as a GP principal in Bellview Clinic in Ireland. She holds post graduate diplomas in Medicine for the Elderly, Obstetrics and Women's health and Musculoskeletal Medicine. She has held previous lecturer roles with University College Dublin and the North-East GP Training Scheme in Ireland.
She is currently a Consultant in Family Medicine with Home Health Care Services, Hamad Medical Corporation, Qatar.
