Abstract


Dear Colleagues,

We are delighted to invite neonatal physicians, pediatricians, neonatal nurses, and allied health professionals (Respiratory Therapists, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Dietitians, Social Workers, and Quality Professionals) to submit abstracts for the Qatar International Neonatal Conference 2026. This event will be held in Doha, Qatar from 6 to 7 November 2026.

We seek high-quality abstracts that showcase:

  • Original Research
  • Case Reports or Case Series
  • Quality Improvement Projects
  • Clinical Effectiveness Research
  • Nursing Service Development or Care Practices
  • Traditional Audits must meet a high standard of quality to be considered 

Abstracts not complying with these guidelines will not be accepted.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

Length: Maximum of 400 words. No more than one table or graph is allowed.

Presentation Format 

  • Oral presentation: 10 minutes of presentation and 5 minutes of discussion (limited selection).
  • Poster walk: 2 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for discussion. Presentations will be held in front of the poster in the poster area.
  • Poster display: Abstracts not accepted for one of the above formats can be accepted as poster displays – with no presentation time.

Deadline for abstract submission: 31 September 2026

Further details on poster requirements will be sent in a separate email by 14 October 2026.

Please note that accepted abstracts require the author to register and attend the conference in person.
