Joel R. Suarez is a Senior Supervisor/ Ambulance Paramedic Instructor in Hamad Medical Corporation Ambulance Services, Education and Research Department. He attained the degree of Master of Arts In Nursing. Highly enthusiast and skilled in moulage making. Joel’s works in moulage making are utilized in different emergency exercises and drills in the State of Qatar, as well as in Continuous Professional Development Courses for Ambulance Service.
