Ms. Alice has 31 years of experience in nursing – nine (9) years of experience in the Indian Army as nursing officer and 22 years of experience in emergency nursing in Qatar. She has over 10 years of experience in providing in-service education, clinical teaching and mentoring for emergency nurses. He served five (5) years as Nurse Educator and five (5) years as Senior Nurse Educator in the Emergency Department. She is also actively involved in assessing the educational needs of ED nurses and is participating in developing and delivering training programs for Emergency nurses. She is an instructor for ATCN for more than 14 years. She was also a head nurse in Emergency department; participated in many quality improvements projects in ED; actively participating in delivering training for Emergency nurses across HMC on Fundamentals of Emergency Nursing and CTAS triaging. She successfully her completed Post-graduate certificate in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education as a part of her continuing professional development.
