Mr. Baha’a graduated from Jordan University for Science and Technology (JUST) with bachelor’s degree in nursing in 2002. He is currently enrolled in a master’s degree (Human Resource Management and Training MSc) at Leicester University-UK.
He has 18 years of vast experience in Trauma and Emergency nursing fields in leadership skills combined with clinical knowledge and practice. He has served in Trauma and Emergency at Hamad General Hospital (HGH) for eight years now.
He has also participated as a speaker in various national and international activities for HMC (WACEM 2018, IHI-ME forum 2018, Trauma Nursing Grand Rounds 2018 & 2019, HGH -ED Educational Forum 2018). He is an active member in the Trauma scientific committee for trauma activities, symposium, and grand rounds and he is a regular presenter in Trauma Nursing Foundation Program.
Mr. Baha’a is a Link leader in trauma service unit researches and co-investigator for a research. He has GIC license, Instructor for ATCN, HMIMMS, Trauma foundation program, and ALERT courses; and received many awards, recognitions, and appreciations for his achievements and dedication to teamwork with high level of leadership performance.
