Ms. Reem alsulaiman is a board certified cancer genetic counselor working at the national center for cancer care and research in Qatar. she gained her bachelor degree of science in cancer biology and immunology, school of medicine at Bristol university in the united kingdom followed by master of science in cancer therapeutics at queen Mary university of London.
She then became interested in the field of genetics and got her clinical training and masters in genetic counseling from Sarah Lawrence College in New York. Reem was trained in parental, pediatrics and adult genetics and cytogenetic with great focus on cancer genetics as her main area of interest. reem was trained in multiple prestigious institutions in the USA including memorial Sloan kettering, new York Presbyterian and Columbia medical center in new York and passes American board of genetics counseling and became the first Qatari national certified genetic counselor in the county .
Reem is also a PhD candidate in counseling and psychotherapy at regents college in London and participated in several publications in the field of genetics and psychotherapy
