Fatma is a case manager at Hamad General Hospital. She received a bachelor of science in nursing degree from Alexandria University in 1998, and was trained as bedside nurse at University Hospital in Alexandria from 1998 to 1999, and again as a bedside nurse in Al Shefaa Hospital in Alexandria and then served as head nurse in Fever Hospital from 2000 to 2004. Fatma joined Hamad Medical Cooperation in October 2004 as a bedside nurse working in the Inpatient Unit. In 2015 she was promoted to work in the Case Management Department. She was a member of the AMAU data dashboard and is an active member in lean project 2017.
