Muneera Abdulmohsin Al Ali

Muneera is the Faculty Head Dietician at Al Wakra Hospital, Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC). Her background is in clinical dietetics and previously worked for HMC as a dietetics supervisor and a clinical dietician.
Muneera holds a bachelor degree in food science and nutrition and a master’s degree in business administration.
In addition to her clinical work, Muneera has an interest in quality improvement and education. She is a certified DESMOND program educator, and ASQ Certified Six Sigma Green Belt and she holds a certificate for passing first module of EMORY (Diabetes Education for All, a program for the Arab community, in collaboration with EDC).
Muneera has also participated in a poster presentation on the “Estimation of the prevalence of obesity and prediction of metabolic syndrome in the adult Qatari population: a comparison of anthropometric measures and dxa total percent body fat” at the 9th Asia Pacific Conference on Clinical Nutrition 2015 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
