Lasik​ Clinic


Please strictly follow the instructions below:

1. Bring your valid Health Card, QID, and Bank Card.

2. Stop wearing contact lenses at least 10 days before the evaluation.

3. A series of tests will be conducted as part of the evaluation.

4. Bring your glasses and contact lens prescription. If you have a record of previous eye exams, bring it as well.

5. Prepare to stay 3-5 hours in the clinic due to pupil dilation.

6. Have breakfast as the eye drops may cause dizziness and headache.

7. Bring an assistant as your vision will be blurred after the eye drops.

8. Driving is strictly prohibited after the evaluation.

9. Arrive 1 hour before your scheduled appointment time.

10. Sick leave will be provided upon request.

11. Inform your doctor if you have a history of diabetes, pregnancy, or other medical conditions.

12. Bring sunglasses to be comfortable with light after dilation.

13. Hydrate well and use lubricant drops frequently as dry eyes can affect test accuracy.

14. Avoid eye makeup, lotions, perfumes, and creams for 24 hours before.

Please note that evaluation is only for ages 20 and above and is not allowed for pregnant or lactating women.​​

Contact Lens Clinic​


Please follow these instructions:

For patients scheduled for a new contact lens fitting:

  • Bring your glasses.
  • Carry any prescribed lubricating and other eye drops, if applicable.
  • Discontinue wearing contact lenses 2 weeks before the appointment.
  • Use prescribed lubricating and other eye drops as advised, to ease contact lens insertion and removal.
  • Multiple visits may be required to ensure a proper contact lens fit and optimal vision correction.
  • If available, bring any previous contact lenses or prescriptions.

For patients scheduled for a follow-up contact lens appointment:

  • Bring your prescribed contact lenses to the appointment.
  • Carry any prescribed lubricating and other eye drops, if applicable.
  • Wear your contact lenses before the appointment unless advised otherwise by your doctor.
  • If you are experiencing issues with your lenses, please bring the original packaging and current lenses for evaluation.
