Each cohort will run for about 10 months and will be limited to 30 participants to ensure “All Teach, All Learn” concept is applied and practiced. There will be 3 two-day in-person workshops, 3 action period calls, launch call and graduation. This program is accredited by the Department of Healthcare Professions with 44.75 CPD hours. The participants are expected to work on an improvement project as aligned with the strategic objectives of the organization.
