In its journey towards achieving Excellence in Person-Centered Care (PCC), Heart Hospital (HH) recently organized a series of special events during the Eid Al Adha holidays aimed at enhancing the patient experience.
Under the leadership of HH’s CEO and Medical Director, Dr. Nidal Asaad, and in collaboration with Corporate Communications, efforts were made to bring the joy and spirit of Eid Al Adha to patients. A volunteer from the Qatar Volunteer Center (QVC) visited the hospital to distribute gifts to patients, spreading cheer during the festive season.
The hospital also arranged haircut services for male cardiac patients in selected wards at the High Dependency Units A, B and C, while the Pinkies Nails Salon provided pedicure services for female cardiac patients. These services not only catered to patients’ physical needs but also aimed to uplift their spirits during their hospital stay.
Additionally, treats were distributed to caregivers and staff members as a token of appreciation for their unwavering dedication and hard work.
Heart Hospital remains committed to providing exceptional services to all cardiac patients, ensuring the highest standards of care and patient experience. These initiatives emphasize the hospital's dedication to holistic patient care, promoting well-being beyond medical treatment.
As Heart Hospital continues on its journey towards achieving the PCC Certificate, such initiatives reflect its ongoing efforts to prioritize patient comfort, satisfaction, and overall well-being.
