After your initial appointment with your doctor, you will be given your next appointment at the OPD station reception according to the doctor’s advice/request. Your medical records will also be updated by your physician and any results of ordered tests are added. Medical records are available upon request and for a small copying fee. Your doctor may prescribe medications after your visit. Please visit our section on clinical support services for more information on locations and timings of operation.

To make a comment, suggestion or complaint, please contact the Nesma’ak help desk representatives, who are located at all entrances of the Hospital. Please fill out a comment card, available in each station of the Outpatient Department if you have any customer care issues and drop this into the designated box within the hospital.
