Attendance
Patients are required to arrive 30 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time. Upon arrival, you will be greeted at the main reception of the OPD and directed to the assigned station reception. Patients who are more than 20 minutes late for their appointment will be rescheduled for another day. This protects all appointment times for other patients and ensures that your appointment time is protected and not delayed. You will be seen by the treating team within 15 minutes of your appointment time.
What if I cannot attend my appointment?
You must call the Nesma’ak Customer Service Center on 16060 as early as possible so we can help you reschedule.
