Overall responsibility for HIPET's business operations, financial management activities, training development, and new ventures. Supervising, guiding, and delegating Assistant Directors in their duties. Ensuring training center policies, HMC policies and legal guidelines are clearly communicated, and implemented. Providing support and ongoing development for HITC internal and external workforce, as well as overseeing international and local stakeholder relationships and agreements.


Operations and Business section

 
Mr. Abdulhakeem Saif Ibrahim
Assistant Director for Healthcare Training Operations and Business

Responsible for overseeing HIPET's overall business operations including all administration processes, financial management activities, plus support services such as Tadreeb HITC electronic registration system portal, course scheduling, equipment and venue management.


Resuscitation service section

 
Mr. John Tobin
Assistant Director for Resuscitation

Responsible for the design, delivery and monitoring of resuscitation protocols, and training, for HMC. Also responsible for the collaboration on organisational and National initiatives for the strategic, operational, and professional development of the resuscitation services.


Education section

 

Responsible for supporting the educational design, development, operation, and clinical skills assessment of the courses provided and developed at HIPET.


eLearning section

 

Responsible for managing and coordinating the design and development of eLearning projects and activities, as well as the management and administration of eTaleem, the HMC Learning Management System LMS.


Quality and Performance section

Assistant Director for Quality and Performance

Responsible for monitoring HIPET training activities to ensure that they meet or exceed training standards as laid down by the International / Notional course rules and regulations of accrediting / licensing bodies. Support the Director in ensuring overall compliance of HIPET staff with HIPET's governance and HMC's policies and procedures.


Health Promotion and Community Engagement section

 
Dr. Mahmoud Younis
Assistant Director for Health Promotion and Community Engagement

Responsible for the development of range of Public Health training initiatives which include a wide range of approaches and activities aimed at improving health and wellbeing of community in Qatar. Initiatives include basic life support skills for schools and universities, as well as specific campaigns such as Kulluna, and Ghalai and regular involvement in National health oriented activities such as Qatar's Annual Sports Day.
