In 2022, the Hamad International Training Center (HITC) introduced the first version of its Training Management System, HITC-Tadreeb. Since then, the system has continued to evolve, and we are now operating in Phase III. Tadreeb has significantly transformed how HITC manages all components of course recruitment and training administration. The entire registration process is fully digital, and the steps for registering are detailed on the following page.
HMC Staff
Applications for mandatory courses are automatically routed to the staff member’s line manager for approval. This feature enables departments to monitor the training activities of their teams and ensure that duty rosters remain unaffected by training absences. It is essential that line managers are registered on Tadreeb and have activated their Line Manager access so they can receive and approve requests. Departments can also use the portal to view which staff members have completed or registered for HITC courses, helping them plan and track annual training requirements.
Non-HMC Staff and Overseas Candidates
External candidates can apply for courses online using any computer or smart mobile device. The system identifies the applicant’s job title and presents the relevant available courses. After completing a course, candidates can log into their Tadreeb account to fill out the electronic evaluation form and download their completion certificate.
Course Coordinators, Instructors, and Course Directors
Approved HITC coordinators, instructors, and course directors can access Tadreeb according to their designated roles, enabling them to manage and support course activities efficiently.
HITC Administration and Quality
Tadreeb provides enhanced administrative and quality-assurance capabilities, including access to comprehensive reports, statistics, and course activity summaries. These tools support planning, performance monitoring, and the development of future schedules.
