Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease, most often affecting the lungs, caused by the Mycobacterium Tuberculosis bacteria. A person can be infected with TB by inhaling this bacteria. You will be at a higher risk of TB if you have a weak immune system and have beene xposed to the bacteria.
