Dr. Catherine Westbrook MSc, FHEA, PgC (HE), DCRR, CTCert,
Dr. Catherine Westbrook is an independent teaching consultant providing teaching and assessment in MRI and radiographic related subjects to clients all over the world. Catherine has worked in MRI since 1990 and has a Doctorate in education, a Master of Science degree in MRI, a Post Graduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching and a Fellowship in Advanced MRI . She is also a qualified clinical teacher.
Catherine has taught the MRI in Practice course since its inception as the Oxford MRI Course in 1992. She has also been involved in the development of, and teaching on, many other national and international courses. These include the first and the longest-running distance learning Masters course in MRI, the first reporting course for MRI radiographers and the first undergraduate course for Assistant Practitioners in MRI.
Catherine is the author of “MRI in Practice” - the World's best-selling book in the field of MRI* (nominated for the British Medical Association Book of the Year 2019) “Handbook of MRI Technique” and “MRI at a Glance” (nominated for the British Medical Association Book of the Year 2017) and many other chapters and research articles. She has been President of the British Association of MR Radiographers, Chairman of the Consortium for the Accreditation of Clinical MR Education and Honorary Secretary of the British Institute of Radiology.

Dr. John Talbot MSc, FHEA, PgC (HE), DCRR,
Dr. John Talbot is a well-known educator and author in the field of MRI.
Academically, he has overseen distance learning and mobile learning delivery in the fields of medical & healthcare education, research methodology and magnetic resonance imaging. He has been a senior lecturer in MRI and supervisor for students undertaking master’s degrees (MSc). He was formerly Education and Research Radiographer at Oxford MRI/Oxford University.
In publishing, John is co-author and illustrator of MRI in Practice (Blackwell/Wiley), the world's best-selling book in the field. He is the illustrator of MRI at a Glance, and Handbook of MRI Technique (Blackwell/Wiley) and co-author of Medical Imaging- Techniques, Reflection & Evaluation (Elsevier).
In ePublishing and mobile learning John is a registered Apple developer and also an app developer for Google Android.
John's main interest is exploiting the parallelism between technology and learning and he is currently looking into how cognition is affected by technology-enhanced learning. His previous contributions to the field include the construction of a "virtual reality" MRI scanner for learning and teaching and other web based interactive learning materials. More recently John has been creating computer generated high definition movies and diagrams of MRI concepts for the all-new update of the MRI Course and is currently developing what will be the world's most comprehensive interactive on-line MRI education resource.

Dr. Adnan Sheikh, MD
Dr. Adnan Sheikh is an Associate Professor of Radiology at the University of Ottawa, Canada. He is the Medical Director of 3D Printing at Ottawa Hospital and an Associate Editor of 3D Printing in Medicine journal. Also, Dr. Sheikh is the Director of Advanced Musculoskeletal Interventions and Section Head as well as Fellowship Director of Emergency Radiology at the Ottawa Hospital.
Dr. Sheikh received his medical school and radiology specialist training from India and completed fellowships in Musculoskeletal and Emergency Trauma Imaging from the University of British Columbia before joining Ottawa Hospital in 2005.
His clinical interests are personalized patient specific 3D printing, marrow imaging, functional musculoskeletal imaging, bone and soft tissue tumor imaging, MSK intervention and emergency/trauma imaging.
Dr. Sheikh is actively involved in multimodality imaging-based multidisciplinary research projects in collaboration with researchers from the Division of Orthopedic Surgery and Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Ottawa. He is the Radiology Lead for the marrow study on astronauts at the International Space Agency sponsored by Canada Space Agency and National Aeronautics and Space Administration.
Dr Sheikh has been recently elected as the Treasurer of the Radiological Society of North America 3D printing special interest group.

Dr. Ramy Mansour, MD
Dr Mansour trained at Oxford University Hospitals and the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre Oxford. He worked as Musculoskeletal Consultant Radiologist at University hospital of Wales in Cardiff and honorary clinical teacher at Cardiff University from 2007 to 2011.
Currently, he is working as Musculoskeletal Consultant Radiologist at Oxford university hospitals, Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre. He has expertise in MSK magnetic resonance imaging, ultrasound, computed tomography and image-guided diagnostic and therapeutic musculoskeletal interventional procedures. He teaches in national and international courses. He also teaches MSK Radiology to Oxford University medical students. He published articles and abstracts in the medical literature and regularly asked to peer review articles for national and international journals. He is a member of the European and British Musculoskeletal Societies and also member of the International Skeletal Society (ISS).

Dr. Devendra Kumar is consultant radiologist at Department of Clinical Imaging, Al Wakra Hospital, Hamad Medical Corporation in Qatar. He completed his radiology training from the prestigious PGIMER, Chandigarh in 2006 and cross section fellowship from McMaster University, Hamilton, Canada in 2010-2012. He is practicing general radiology with special interest in MSK and MR imaging. He published biggest series about the L5 hypoplasia which one of rarely described entity with a significant clinical impact.

Dr. Mini Pathria is Professor of Radiology and Chief of Musculoskeletal Imaging at University of California San Diego. She completed her Doctorate of Medicine and Radiology Residency at McMaster University in Canada, and did her fellowship training at UCSD. She has authored 1 book and over 100 scientific papers and chapters, is a member of the International Skeletal Society and recipient of an RSNA Honored Educator Award. Her areas of interest include trauma, muscle and MR imaging.

Prof. Frederic E. Lecouvet, MD, PhD
Frederic Lecouvet has been a Full Professor of Radiology at the Radiology Department at Cliniques Universitaires Saint-Luc in Brussels, Belgium, since 2008.
Dr. Lecouvet completed both his medical training (1992) and PhD (1998) at the UCLouvain, Brussels, Belgium and has held several specialist teaching appointments focusing on imaging and specifically the use of MRI.
He is currently associate chair of the Department of Medical imaging, head of the MRI unit, head of the Medical Imaging Research Pole of the Institut de Recherche Experimentale et Clinique Research (IREC) at the Cliniques Universitaires Saint-Luc in Brussels. Professor Lecouvet’s areas of expertise include imaging of bones, spine, joints and cartilage, and development of modern imaging techniques to improve the work-up of oncological and rheumatological conditions, particularly bone tumors and metastases, as well as axial rheumatisms. Metastatic cancer and multiple myeloma are amongst the main fields of development of his research projects. He is the author of more than 200 peer reviewed papers, 30 book chapters, 6 books, and gave more than 300 international lectures on skeletal radiology, cancer, rheumatology, orthopedy.
He is an elected member of the Royal Academy of Medicine of Belgium (ARMB).

Dr. Anastasia N. Fotiadou, MD, PhD
Consultant Musculoskeletal Radiologist and Clinical Director for imaging services at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital in London.
Honorary Associate Professor at University College London. Dr. Fotiadou has a PhD degree on shoulder imaging and was awarded by the University of Thessaly, Greece. She graduated from medical school in Thessaloniki, Greece in 1999 where she was trained as a radiologist too. Post CCST. She worked as an honorary registrar at the Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt hospital in Owestry then returned to Greece and worked as Consultant Radiologist in one of the university hospitals in Thessaloniki before moving permanently to the UK in 2009.
Dr. Fotiadou authored 31 peer reviewed articles and 7 chapters in international books. She is also the senior editor for the musculoskeletal section of BJR case reports and lecture-moderate sessions regularly in ESSR and ISS.
