Dr. Mohamed Zahid Al Masri
Dr. Mohamed Zahid is a dedicated humanitarian activist with extensive experience in global humanitarian missions since 2006, volunteering as a surgeon in countries such as Niger, Pakistan, South Sudan, Libya, Somalia, Sri Lanka, and Ethiopia. In 2012, Dr. Mohamed Zahid co-founded Physicians
Across Continents (PAC) and currently serves as its CEO, contributing significantly to humanitarian efforts in Syria and beyond.
Dr. Mohamed Zahid is also a Steering Committee Member of the Syrian Network League (SNL) and the Co-founder and Former President of the Steering Committee of the Syrian NGO Alliance (SNA) from 2022 to 2024. Additionally, Dr. Mohamed Zahid served as an Independent Steering Committee Member of the Core Humanitarian Standards (CHS) Alliance from 2019 to 2022, demonstrating a strong commitment to improving humanitarian standards and fostering collaboration across the sector.
