Prof. Yohei Doi's primary research interests are epidemiology; the genetic and molecular basis of emerging antimicrobial resistance mechanisms; inhibitor-based drug discovery; and clinical trials to improve treatment of drug-resistant infections. As an infectious disease specialist, Prof. Doi provide patient care at Fujita Health University and University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.
