Currently serving as the Executive Director of Nursing for Al Wakra Hospital, Al Maha Center, and Mesaieed General Hospital, she leads a team of 1,831 nursing staff. Ms. Parwaneh is an expert in strategic planning, staff development, and quality improvement, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring safe patient outcomes. As the clinical lead for Person-Centered Care Certification at AWH, she fosters a culture of excellence and compassion. She received the prestigious Nusaiba Bint Kaab Award in 2017, representing Qatar.
