Ms. Ridzna has 30 years of extensive nursing experience. For the last 10 yrs she has been with the corporate nursing education working on the portfolio of long-term care, geriatric, rehabilitation, and community health nursing. She continued to champion as an advocate of valuable learning and innovative teaching strategies.
She led the team of educators that are passionate and outcome-driven individuals. She is currently a candidate for PhD in Nursing Education.
Her team introduced the NEdTalks as an innovative way of reaching out to learners differently.
