Mr. Melhem is responsible for Nursing & Midwifery Practice, Privileging, Nursing Quality & Patient Safety and Shared Governance. He also leads Nursing & Midwifery Education accreditation, strategy and Teaching & Learning Board. With over 25 years of experience, predominantly in Nursing Leadership, he previously held various leadership roles including the Director of Nursing for several clinical areas at Weiss Memorial Hospital in Chicago, USA and at the Heart Hospital-HMC. He also worked as an Adjunct Faculty at Lewis University in the Chicago area. He graduated with a BSN from Bethlehem University and a Master of Science in Nursing from Lewis University, USA.
