Dear Pharmacy Professionals and Researchers,
We are pleased to invite you to submit abstracts for the upcoming Qatar International Pharmacy Conference 2026, scheduled to be held on 23 and 24 January 2026 at the Grand Hyatt Doha Hotel & Villas. This conference aims to provide a platform for pharmacy professionals, subject matter experts, researchers, and industry professionals to share their valuable insights and contribute to the advancement of pharmacy practice and research.
Abstract Submission Guidelines:
The submission deadline is 11.59 pm EST on Thursday, 18 December 2025
Abstract Content:
Prepare your abstract in English and ensure it contains the following sections:

Title: Use a concise and descriptive title that accurately represents your research

Authors: Include the names of authors (up to five authors only), and their affiliations

Background: Provide a brief introduction on the topic and emphasize the need for this research
-
Objectives: Clearly state the purpose or objectives of your study

Methods: Describe the research design, methodology and data collection process
-
Results: Present key findings and outcomes of your study
-
Conclusion: Summarize the main conclusions drawn from your research
Word Limit: Abstracts should not exceed 350 words (excluding the title and authors).

Notification of Acceptance: The Conference Scientific Committee will review all submitted abstracts. The submitting author will be notified of the acceptance or rejection of their abstracts via email by Sunday, 4th January 2026.
