He is a fellow of the Iraqi board of medical specialization in Urology with special training in kidney transplantation.
Dr. Omar is also Fellow of European Board of Urology. He also has a Diploma in Laparoscopic surgery from the University of Strasbourg and is a Fellow of the European board of Surgery (transplantation).
He also held the Kidney and Pancreatic transplant fellowship, Western University, Ontario-Canada
