Joy Kiat-Floro
Joy joined Sidra Medicine in 2017 as a Clinical Educator for Education and Professional Practice. She co-leads the Sidra Sepsis Program and is the clinical lead for eLearning design build. She has 27+ years in clinical practice, education, and leadership roles in various settings in the United States and Qatar.
She has received an MBA in HealthCare Management and Master of Science in Nursing from University of Phoenix, USA. Joy has taught pediatrics in nursing programs in California and presented at national conferences in Qatar and USA. She currently serves in the workgroup for the Association of Nursing Professional Development (ANPD) and is a contributor to the 2022, 4th Ed. NPD Scope & Standards of Practice book.
