Dr. Hamed Al Sinawi is a Senior Consultant Psychiatrist at the Department of Behavioural Medicine at Sultan Qaboos University Hospital and chairman of Oman Alzheimer Society in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman.
He completed this training at in London UK with a special interest in Alzheimer’s Disease and established a memory clinic in Oman in 2011. His conducts regular workshop to primary health care doctors and Nurse on Dementia along with public awareness presentation to volunteers working with the Elderly in Oman.
Dr. Al Sinawi research interest is in the area of Mental health stigma, depression, dementia, caregivers burden.
