Mr. Fadi Fayez Abdelaziz
Occupational Therapy Specialist
Mr. Fadi Fayez Abdelaziz is an Occupational Therapy (OT) Specialist working in the Geriatric long term care units in Rumailah Hospital, part of Hamad Medical Corporation. Mr. Abdelaziz has more than 16 years of work experience in the field of OT.
He graduated from Hashemite University in Jordan in 2005 with Bachelor degree in Occupational Therapy, after which he started working in mental health hospital. He then moved to Sultan Bin Abdulaziz Humanitarian City (SBAHC) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), one of the largest and non-profitable rehabilitation facility and medical center in Saudi Arabia and Middle East, where he focused on neuro cases especially Stroke and Traumatic Brain Injury ( TBI ).
Mr. Abdelaziz became more interested in cognitive rehabilitation and has attended several workshops on Cognitive Rehabilitation from the UK. He participated in many conferences and workshops in KSA and Qatar. Over the past four years he developed a keen interest in Cognitive Stimulation for patients with dementia. He is working on establishing a cognitive stimulation clinic in Rumailah Hospital.
