He is currently the acting Director of Nursing in the acute department of Hamad General Hospital with 15+ years of experience with excellent supervising and organizational skills in a large hospital setting. Exceptional clinical experience managing skilled nursing facilities, coaching nursing staff to reach their full potential and staff leadership resulting in high-performing medical units.
A three-time recipient of the prestigious Globe of Excellence award and award-winning poster abstract presenters in quality and patient safety forum and conferences. He is a consistent resource speaker of international and local-based projects.
