Providing care may become increasingly time consuming as the disease progresses. Sometimes carers do not take enough time for themselves. It is really important to try and take care of
yourself as best as you can, as some carers may break down from the stress. Part of the journey together should include planning pleasant activities and relaxation for yourself.
