Dear Colleagues and Esteemed Guests,

The Department of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery at HMC is delighted to be the host of the 19th Qatari Review Conference on 4th February to 6th February 2026.

This course aims to help local and international otolaryngology trainees to review various topics and update their clinical knowledge in preparation for residency board exams. We have the pleasure of welcoming distinguished speakers and experts in the field from around the world to deliver a comprehensive review of subjects pertaining to general and subspecialty practices of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery. Emphasis will be on discussing the latest evidence-based information and standards of care incorporating the most recent treatment modalities in the form of didactic lectures, board-style multiple choice questions and video sessions with complimentary notes. At the end of the course, candidates should be able to demonstrate knowledge of key topics necessary for the successful completion of board certification, recertification, and in-service exams in ORL-HNS. Candidates should also be able to identify a pathway for further self-directed learning, self-improvement and development in clinical practice and patient care. Additionally, we will have a research session on 6th February 2026 as part of the Qatari Review Course, to promote excellence in research by recognizing outstanding accomplishments across the discipline at Qatar and surrounding region. Participants are requested to submit Abstract, which will be reviewed by the research jury and the 10 best abstracts will be selected for oral presentation on 6th February 2026. Please submit the abstract before 25th January 2026, should you be interested in presenting during the research session.​
