Welcome to the 2nd Cadaver Dissection Course in Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery

We are delighted to welcome you to the 2nd Cadaver Dissection Course organized by the Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery Department at Hamad Medical Corporation.

This intensive 7-day program combines focused lectures, faculty-led demonstrations, and extensive hands-on dissection using fresh-frozen cadavers. The course is designed to enhance anatomical understanding and refine surgical skills through a structured, step-by-step approach. Key areas of training include Rhinoplasty and Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery, Temporal Bone surgery, and Head & Neck surgical approaches.

Our primary goal is to maximize practical learning. Delegates will spend most of their time in the dissection laboratory, supported by expert faculty who provide guidance, demonstrations, and close supervision throughout the course.

To maintain a high-quality educational experience and optimal faculty-to-trainee interaction:

  • Two delegates will share one fresh-frozen cadaver
  • Two observer positions will be available per cadaver station
  • Participant numbers are strictly limited

This course is particularly suited for ENT registrars and surgeons in training seeking to strengthen core surgical techniques and deepen their understanding of operative anatomy in a focused, supportive environment.

We look forward to welcoming you to a rewarding week of learning, collaboration, and surgical skill development.
