Every nurse or midwife caring for a patient, a family or a community has a story to tell. The Arab Nurses Day 2023 is an opportunity to hear those stories, to listen, learn and grow together as a vital component of the greater health ecosystem. Let this be the platform for that collective voice.

CLINICAL PRACTICE
This category provides an opportunity to share current innovations that advance nursing and midwifery practice, promote new ways of working, and ensure excellence in the clinical setting.
Submissions under this category must include a project based on clinical experience and expertise that defines new guidelines, or a clinical model of excellence for continuous quality improvement, or the application of evidence-based practice that demonstrates improved clinical outcomes.
The project or initiative must have been implemented for a minimum of 3 years.
EDUCATION
This category is an opportunity for nursing and midwifery educationalists to share cutting-edge knowledge and experience in the design, implementation, and quality assurance of continuing professional development activities.
Submissions under this category must include a project based on teaching and learning innovations that enhance patient outcomes, advance the nursing and midwifery profession, inspire excellence, and support the achievement of strategic goals.
RESEARCH
This category is for nurses and midwives who have advanced the nursing and midwifery profession using a systematic approach and scientific investigation.
Formal research conducted to generate, describe, evaluate, or explore a phenomenon which relates to nursing and midwifery practice can be submitted under this category.
LEADERSHIP
This category builds on the philosophy of "Hardwiring Excellence" and is open to nurses and midwives who leads creative and innovative methods that had a positive impact within their nursing and midwifery communities.
Submissions must include a program, process, new service, or tools which relates to the 4 basic management functions: planning, organizing, leading, and controlling.
