The organizing committee of the conference is delighted to invite you to participate and submit papers for presentation. Submissions should be related to original research or quality improvement projects contributing to the understanding, development or evaluation of internal medicine and its subspecialties. Interesting case reports are also encouraged.
All accepted abstract will be published in the conference abstract book. Distinguished presentations (oral and poster) will be awarded in the conference.
- Please indicate your preference for your presentation: oral or poster
- All abstracts must be submitted in English through the online form
- Abstracts should not exceed the 300 word limit
- All abstracts (Except case reports) should be structured as following:
- Background and Aims
- Materials and Methods
- Results
- Conclusion
- All submitted abstracts will be peer reviewed by members of the scientific committee
- It is the responsibility of the presenting author to communicate with other authors listed with them aliment
Presentation Formats
You can pre-select the presentation format you prefer: oral or poster. However, abstracts submitted for consideration as oral presentations will subsequently be considered for poster presentations if not accepted for oral. Please note that all posters should preferably be printed in portrait style to fit the poster boards and should be A1 size (594 x 841 mm / 23.4 x 33.1 in)
Evaluation Criteria for abstract submissions
The Abstract Review Committee will review all abstracts using the following criteria:
- The content of the abstract provides new insight and/or knowledge in the area of internal medicine research
- The abstract is clear and well organized
- The proposed presentation is innovative and/or original
- The proposed presentation will be of significant interest to conference delegates.
