Nurses and Midwives are eligible to submit their abstracts.

Abstracts must be submitted based on the identified themes. Multiple submissions can be accepted from a participating individual or team

The abstract must reflect the author's original work, either published or non-published, which has been undertaken within the last 5 years.

Abstracts must be submitted in English and checked for grammar and plagiarism. Grammar and plagiarism reports must be included with the submission.

Full names of the author(s) and their affiliations must be provided. The presenting author must be listed as the first author.

Abstract title must be concise and is limited to 20 words.

The abstract must not exceed 250 words, excluding the title, keywords, author's information, and references. A maximum of 5 keywords is allowed.

Conclusion

If your Abstract is selected, you will need to submit a digital copy of all presentation materials (slides, handouts, and conflict of interest statements. Additionally, A 2x2 cm colored photo and 100-word biography of the presenter must be attached).

September 18, 2025.
