He was awarded the Star of Excellence Award 2015, 2017 ,2018 HMC, Best Teaching Faculty Award in the Department of Clinical imaging in 2014-2015.
Dr. Alam is invited as a speaker in many local conferences and has many publications in the field of MSK radiology.
He is a member of the Member of European Society of Musculoskeletal Radiology, the Asian Musculoskeletal Radiology Society and a member of many radiology committees at Hamad General Hospital.
