Dr. Amany Salama Dahir,
Director of Health Research Regulatory Department at the Ministry of Public Health (MoPH)
Dr. Amany Salama Dahir has an MD degree from Cairo medical school. She completed her MPH from George Washington University. She also has a master’s in strategic business Unit Management from HEC-Paris and completed Research Training Program- Clinical trial from The Harvard Medical School.
Dr Dahir supports the strategic direction for health research activities in Qatar, ensuring health research activities alignment with policies and regulations of MOPH for initiating a safe and innovative health research ecosystem.
Through her work as the director of Health Research Regulatory Department at the Ministry of Public Health, Dr Dahir is keen to achieve the best results in organizing health and medical research in accordance with the regulations and laws and through the department objectives defined by the Amiri Decree (14) 2019.
