Hamad General Hospital Operating theatres serve as the primary training sites for anesthesiology clinical rotation for medical students in Weil Cornell medical collage – Doha and Qatar university medical students. The faculty also runs a series of lectures specifically designed to fulfill the needs of medical students, providing them with essential medical knowledge as well as depth to promote interest in the field of perioperative medicine, critical care, and pain management.
The department provides clerkship in perioperative medicine and anesthesiology of 4 weeks in duration for interested medical students and internes.
