Call for Abstracts
The Scientific Committee is pleased to invite submissions for posters and oral presentations for the upcoming
Best of ASCO 2026.
This call aims to encourage high-quality scientific contributions and ensure a standardized, transparent, and efficient submission and peer-review process.
Submission Categories
Authors must select ONE of the following categories during submission:

Includes:

- Unusual complications
- Small case series with educational value

General Submission Rules
- Abstracts must be submitted using the official submission form only.
- Email submissions will not be accepted.
- Abstracts that have been previously presented or published must be clearly disclosed at the time of submission.
- All submissions must be written in English.
- The submitting author is responsible for the scientific accuracy of the submission.
- Patient confidentiality and privacy must be strictly maintained in accordance with institutional and ethical guidelines.
- Ethical approval details should be provided where applicable.
- The Scientific Committee reserves the right to:
- Reassign categories
- Request modifications
- Accept submissions as poster presentations instead of oral presentations
- Reject incomplete submissions

CATEGORY 1: ORIGINAL RESEARCH TEMPLATE

Presentation Types
Accepted abstracts may be assigned to one of the following presentation formats:
- Oral Presentation
- Poster Presentation
The final presentation format will be determined by the Scientific Committee based on scientific merit, reviewer scores, and program requirements.
Submission Timeline
- Abstract Submission Opens: 21 June 2026
- Submission Deadline: 15 August 2026
- Notification of Acceptance: 1 September 2026
- Conference Dates: 25–26 September 2026
Late submissions may not be considered.
Review and Scoring Framework
All abstracts will undergo blind peer review by members of the Scientific Committee and/or designated reviewers.
Each abstract will be assessed using standardized scoring criteria based on scientific merit, originality, methodological quality, relevance to oncology practice, clarity of presentation, and overall educational value.
The decision of the Scientific Committee shall be final.
