Call for Poster Abstracts for the Doha – Heidelberg Research Conference 2017

The Scientific Committee of the Doha-Heidelberg Research Conference is now accepting online submissions of abstracts for poster presentations at our conference to be held in Doha, Qatar 26th and 28th January 2018.

Abstract Submission Closes: 4 January 2018
Notification of decisions: 7th January 2018
Information for Abstract Submission
- Proposals for poster presentations should identify the presenting author as the main contact.
- All abstracts must be submitted using the official conference online poster abstract submission process.
- There is no limit to the number of abstracts for posters an author may submit.
- Abstract submissions should be for research that is either complete or will be completed by the conference date.
- The Poster Abstract Review Committee will review the poster for relevance, validity, originality, special merit or other considerations
- Posters which are accepted should preferably be printed in portrait style to fit the poster boards.
- Poster boards are 8ft tall and 4ft wide, including the frame.
- Posters which have been accepted should be printed to a maximum width of 45”.
